@Grigeral I enjoy all music to but there are so many artists who let themselfs get consumed by the fame and money and are not in it for the music anymore. Lot of them are really talented but end up writing want their producers want to hear or what will sell and not about what there passionate about. When you see artists like Antoine you can tell he is writing and playing what he enjoys. This is in all genres too until the artists let their producers change them into "Stars"

i've got to say, antoine is much more advanced in technical skill than andy mckee, but i think think that andy has more memorable songs. Like with Antoine songs, you have to listen to it over and over again to figure out the melody and put it into thought. with andy's songs, they're more catchy right away. So much talent at candyrat records.

@winklend2 See, I have to disagree... Just because the masses of society enjoy mainstream music, doesn't in any way mean that they cannot comprehend or enjoy this type of music... Personally I enjoy almost all music, from mainstream pop/rock, to heavy metal, jazz, classical, blues, new age, electronic and progressive. It's a little unfair, not to mention naieve, to assume that just because people listen to mainstream music, they are limited solely to that genre.

Okay I came across this video when thinking about the intuitive mind state and the ego or perception of self. I have found in my own experience that I can reach a state of mind where I become unaware of myself. Namely I experience this through music. When I am able to focus entirely on the music, I enter a trance of some sort and in this state I find my musical intuition is endless and I am able to generate creative ideas and I have no idea how I created them...
